  An unsecured loan program with preferential interest rates and terms designed to make fast and affordable financing from $1,000 to $20,000 available to homeowners for most types of improvements that improve the energy efficiency of your home.

• Efficiency Maine
  In 2006 Efficiency Maine programs helped home and business owners save 74,759 MegaWatt hours of energy, worth an estimated $53.9 million in lifetime economic benefits. See if you qualify for financial aid or incentives to help you save energy.

• USDA Rural Development
  USDA Rural Development can provide financial assistance fore plumbing and heating system replacement or repairs to those who quality. USDA has loan and grant programs that can help individuals who currently own and occupy their homes at 1% interest for qualified applicants.
